We, 2008 TSA committee, are pleased to annouce the upcoming welcoming party for 2008 Pitt newcomers. Following is the information of the party–

Where: Fox Chapel Clubhouse– 501 Riverfront Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15238– for a change of atmosphere from previous years
When: Sunday, September 14th, 2008
Time: Approximately 6:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Admission Fee: $10/person for those who will cook except for newcomers, $15/person for outside guests and alumni who will not cook, and free for newcomers who will cook.

Plus a few footnotes we would like to add/remind you:

• For newcomers, now that the date and place are settled, please make sure you guys have your performance prepared in time. We are looking forward to knowing you better For a better view on how the place set-up will be like for your performance, you can contact Yik (savin_yik@hotmail.com), our TSA Vice-President, for photos and/or VDOs of the clubhouse.
• As before, this year we will carry on the TSA tradition of cooking Thai food for all participants. More details, regarding cooking groups and other related information, are to come in later thread.
• We MIGHT have a dressing theme for this year’s welcoming party. We will let you know once we have reached a final decision No worries, though, it will not be anything too fancy.
• All CMU peeps and outside guests, Thai or not, are very welcomed. Please feel free to forward this message to your friends, family, significant other, etc. that I might have left out in the list.
• Keep checking back. We will keep you posted right here as more information comes along.
